To register by mail, click the link above to download and print a registration form. Follow instructions on form for payment. You can also register by downloading this form, filling it out and emailing it back to us. We accept the following forms of payment:

​Credit/Debit cards - if cards are keyed in over the phone, there will be a 4% transaction fee added. Cards swiped at class for subsequent monthly payments will not be charged an extra fee. Please call Anne at 423-802-8394 if you wish to pay over the phone.

To register online for classes, please submit your information using the form on the left. Submit a separate form for each child registered. Second child receives a discount of $5.00 per month. You will be sent a registration confirmation as well as a PayPal invoice for the amount indicated on the form within 24 hours. Registration will be complete and your spot in class reserved once invoice is paid. New families will be charged a $10 one time registration fee.
